RESOLI3I~ON NO. 9/R-49 WHIC2t ESTABLISP~D RATES OF COMP~SATION FOR
CLASSES ASSI6~D TO THE G~ERAL UNIT REPRES~v£~3 BY THE ANAHEIM
~JNICIPAL ~PLOYRV. q ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has r~ed in a staff
report dated April 21, 1992, that Resolution No. 9/R-49 be amended in the
manner hereinafter set forth, effective May 8, 1992; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-49 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to
the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the city of
Anaheim.
NOW, TH~tEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective May 8, 1992 through October 8, 1992, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and e~ployees of the City of
Anaheim who are now em~ployed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Classification Schedule Ranqe Relationship
Stadium Security Coordinator SU2 1411 D-E 1.150 x Security Guard
2. That, effective October 9, 1992 through October 7, 1993, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 9/R~49 is May 8, 1992.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum
of Understanding, dated Feb~,~y 25, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and
the General Unit represented by the Anaheim M~nicipal E~ployees
Association apply to the foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVED, that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 91R-49 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the city
Council of the city of Anaheir~ this 28thday of April, 1992.
