A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 85R-268 WHICH
~"`~`+~~ ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated December 3, 1985 that the classification of Civil Engineer-Water
be created; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
85R-268 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Middle Management/Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interest of the0~y of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective December 13, 1985, Section 2 of Resolution No.
85R-268 is amended by adding the following classification and allocating it to
the appropriate salary which shall be the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in
the future be employed in said classification:
Classification Salary Range
Civil Engineer - Water XSR08
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R-268 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this lOtka day of December , 1985.
