AMt~qDING RESOLUI~ON NO. 91R-125 WHIC~ ESTABLISHt~ RATES
OF COMP~qSATION FOR ~RES~I'~U PART-TIME CIASSIFICATIONS
WHt~EAS, the Human Resources Director has recu~L~L~nded in a staff
report date April 21, 1992, that the salary schedule for the
classification of Band Director be adjusted effective April 24, 1992; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-125, which established rates of c~nsation for classifications
designated as Unrepresented Part-time; and
WHt~REAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adjusting the salary schedule for the classification of Band Director is
in the best interest of the city of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVSD, by the city Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 91-125 be amended by adjusting
the salary schedule for the following classification to read as follows:
Classification Salary Ran~e
Band Director B 2431 A-E
BE IT FORTHt~ RESOLVED that the effective date of said amer~ent
to Resolution 91R-125 is April 24, 1992.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVtD tbmt except as amended herein
Resolution No. 9LR-125 sb~11 remain in full force and effect.
THE FOPd~GOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim of the City of Anaheim this 28thday of
April, 1992.
