1985-514RESOLUTION NO. 85R-514
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION CONCERNING
POSSIBLE FUTURE ASSESSMENTS OR FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
concurrently herewith adopted, by ordinance, an interim fee for
public improvements in the Anaheim Stadium Business Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim may, at a later date adopt a
program to finance public improvements in the Anaheim Stadium
Business Center, which program may consist of fees, assessment
districts, improvement districts, or betterment districts, or a
combination thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby declare its intention to exempt, to the extent
permitted by law, from such future financing programs, those
buildings or structures for which fees are actually paid to the
City of Anaheim pursuant to said interim fee.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this lOr.h day of ~iecember, 1985.
