AM~}~ING RESOLT3ITON NO. 92R-18 W-HI<~{ ESTABLISHED RATES OF
OC{~P~NSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGN~.'~D AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recu~LuL~nded in a
staff report dated April 21, 1992, that Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended
in the manner hereinafter set forth, effective April 24, 1992; and
WHEREAS as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 92R-18 which established rates of c~L{~_nsation for classes
designated as Professional; and
WH~l%EAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the city
of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended by adding
the following classification:
Classification Salary Ran~e
Asset Forfeiture Investigator X <R09
BE IT P~3RTH~ RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 92R-18 is April 24, 1992.
AND, BE IT FURIIHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein
Resolution No. 92R-18 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUITON is approved and adopted by tl~ City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 28thday of April, 1992.
