A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 85R-268 WHICH
`~"` ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated December 10, 1985, that the classification of Code Enforcement &
Housing Supervisor be moved from the General Unit of the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association to the Middle Management/Supervisory Unit and the job
title changed to Code Enforcement Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
85R-268 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Middle Management/Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
moving this classification from one unit of representation to another and
changing the job title is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective December 27, 1985, Section 2 of Resolution No.
85R-268 is amended by adding the following classification and allocating it to
the appropriate salary range which shall be the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed in said classification:

BE IT FURTHER •2ESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 85R-268 shall re~~.ain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
