A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-737
RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS FOR
RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS BY THE DIRECTOR OF THE
PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the city Council heretofore adopted its
Resolution No. 76R-737 authorizing the Director of Parks,
Recreation and the Arts (now Community Services) Department to
bind the City of Anaheim on certain contracts relating to
recreational programs up to the sum of $2,500 per contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rescind said
Resolution at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the city of Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R-737 be, and the same
is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of April ,
1992.
