92-073 RESOLUTION NO. 92R- 73
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT AND THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, on February 26, 1992 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 91R-49
approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association, General Unit and the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Labor Relations Director met and conferred with officials and
employee representatives of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit,
to discuss specific concerns relative to amending Appendix "A", Wages of said
Memorandum of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated April 3, 1992, between the parties
has been prepared and signed amending Appendix "A", Wages of the current Memorandum of
Understanding, said amendments to be effective April 10, 1992.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to approve said Letter of Understandln~.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C!ty of An~'~heim
that the Letter of Understanding dated April 3, 1992, between the Anaheim ~luniclpal
Employees Association, General Unit, and the City of Anaheim copies of~whici~
hereto attached and incorporated by reference herein, are approved and said I~s~,~ora~dunl
of Understanding Is hereby amended in accordance with the terms of said Letter of
Understanding.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of ~he

The Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit and the City of
Anaheim, after meeting and conferring, have reached an understanding to amend
Appendix "A" Wages, to add the "X" before the schedule number for the job class
of Community Services Outreach Worker.
