A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING ~ G~ DEEp
CONVEYING TO THE CITY F ANAijEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR! ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter.described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road
and public utility purposes ;

WHEREAS, the owners of sa~d property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best inijerest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLvaD by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WARREN J. TER BEEST
and MARGARET TER BEEST, husband and wife,

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 21, Township 4 South, Range lO West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said County, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 2l,
being also the center line intersection of Ball Road
and West Street; thence Southerly along said West Street
center line, 263.00 feet; thence Westerly, parallel to
the North line of said Section to a point on a line
parallel with and distant Westerly 45.00 feet, as measured
at right angles, from said West Street center line; thence
Northerly along said parallel line 184.90 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and
having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along
said curve, through a central angle of 900 13' 19" an arc
distance of 39.37 feet to a point on a line parallel with
and distant Southerly 53.00 feet, as measured at right
angles, from the North line of said Section; thence
Westerly along last said parallel line, 184.91 feet;
thence Northerly, parallel to said West Street center
line, to a point in said North line of Section 2l; thence
easterly along said North line 255.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 40.00 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 30.00 feet.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of ~aheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, ~uthorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is ~pproved and signed by me
this 18th day of July , 19. 67 .
