A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, EASEMENTS
AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
(TRACT 8376).
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
SERRANO AVENUE, GRINNELL STREET, JOHNSTOWN
CIRCLE, KENTUCKY AVENUE, LOYOLA DRIVE,
MICHIGAN CIRCLE AND RUTGERS DRIVE FOR STREET
PURPOSES; THE DOMESTIC WATER DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES WITHIN THE DEDICATED
RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS; THE FIVE (5)
FOOT, THE TEN (10) FOOT AND VARIABLE WIDTH
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS ALL AS SHOWN AND
DESCRIBED ON TRACT NO. 8376 AS RECORDED IN
BOOK 345, PAGES 40, 41, 42 AND 43 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY RECORDER OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
accept said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of April, 1992.
