RESOLUTION NO. 82R-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN" TEMPORARY
EASEMENT DEED AND ORDERING ITS RECORDATION.
WHEREAS, a certain Temporary Easement Deed has been
presented to the City of Anaheim by The William Lyon Company; and
WHEREAS, after determining said Temporary Easement Deed
to be correct in both form and substance, the City Council finds
that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept
said deed and to order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Temporary Easement Deed presented by
The William Lyon Company for removal of temporary catch basin
plugs in Tract No. 11053 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
and State of California, be, and it is hereby, accepted by the
City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the ~oregoing deed
to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange
County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th da of January, 1982.
