RESOLUTION NO. 82R-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81R-555
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS FOR
THE LINDA VISTA RESERVOIR REROOFING PROJECT,
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ACCOUNT NO. 53-619-
6329-26410-34200.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the
city Council that no bids were received up to the hour of
2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 31st day of December, 1981 in connection
with-the above-mentioned public improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to re"""advertise the opening of bids thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 81R-555, approved on
the 1st day of December, 1981, be and the same is hereby, amended
to the following extent only:
1. That the Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals shall be
published on January 21st and 28th, 1982.
2. That the opening of the bids shall be on the
4th day of February, 1982.
3. That the award of the contract will be made on the
16th day of February, 1982.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 81R-555 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of January,
1982.
