RESOLUTION NO. 82R-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN DESIG-
NATED AS AMENDMENT NO. 173, EXHIBIT "A."

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the recommenda-
tions of the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, has hereto-
fore adopted a General Plan for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of December, 1981, the City
Planning Commission did hold a public hearing to consider a General
Plan Amendment to the Circulation Element to change the designation
of Patt Street between Commercial Stre~t and La Palma Avenue from
a Secondary Arterial Highway to a Local Street; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the City Planning
Commission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC81-264 containing a
report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said
hearing and a recommendation that said Amendment to the General Plan
designated as Amendment No. 173 be approved by the City Council
changing the Circulation Element designation for the above described
highway; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of evi-
dence, report of findings and recommendations of the City Planning
Commission, the City Council did fix the 19th day of January, 1982,
as the time, and the City Council Chambers as the place for a public
hearing on said proposed Amendment No. 173 and did give notice thereof
in the manner and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 173, changing the Circulation Element designation of
the area aforedescribed, should be approved in accordance with
Exhibit "A."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 173 to the General Plan changing
the Circulation Element designation for the afoI'edescribed area be,
and the same is hereby, approved in accordance with Exhibit "A" on
file with the City Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Planning Department
be, and the same is hereby, instructed to amend the General Plan
Map, and said text to conform to General Plan Amendment No. 173 as
herein adopted and approved.
