RESOLUTION NO. 82R-46

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING ~N AGREEMENT
FOR THE ANNEXATION AND MUTUAL RELEASE WITH
THE VISTA DEL RIO RANCHO WATER COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Vista Del Rio Ranqho Water Company is a
mutual water company authorized to provide water to property
owners within its own service area; and
WHEREAS, Vista Del Rio RanOho Water Company does
desire to sell, annex and release its service area to the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of annexing
said service area and of providing water to persons residing
within said service area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for provision of water, for
annexation and mutual release has this day been submitted to
the City, the terms and conditions whereof are satisfactory to
the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to approve said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement for
provision of water, for annexation and mutual release this day
submitted by Vista Del Rio Rancho Water Company be, and the
same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.

the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6t
