RESOLUTION NO. 82R-50
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED AND ORDER-
ING THEIR RECORDATION.

WHEREAS, a certain deed has been presented to the City of
Anaheim as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, said deed having be~n determined to be correct
in both form and substance, the City Cbuncil finds that it is in
the best ihterests of the City to accept said deed and to order
its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the following deed be, and it is hereby, accepted
by the City:
