RESOLUTION NO. 82R-52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE CONSTRUC-
TION AND COMPLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO
WIT:
INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND SAFETY LIGHT-
ING AT NOHL RANCH ROAD AND SCOUT TRAIL, IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, ACCOUNT NO. 24-794-6325-E4l80,
APPROVING THE DESIGNS, PLANSl PROFILES, DRAWINGS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE C~NSTRUCTION THEREOF;
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION. OF SAID PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WItH SAID PLANS, SPECI-
FICATIONS, ETC.; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING
SEALED PROPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, public convenience and necessity require the
construction and completion of a pub lie improvement in the City
of Anaheim, to wit:
Installation of traffic signal and safety lighting at
Nohl Ranch Road and Scout Trail, in the City of Anaheim,
consisting of installation of traffic signals, safety
lighting and pedestrian indications; illuminated street
name signs; City-supplied lane-occupancy controller and
all appurtenant work as shown on the plans and delineated
in the specifications on file in the office of the City
Engineer, Account No. 24-794-6325-E4l80.

AND WHEREAS, the City Council instructed ~np
Public Works Department to prepa~e detailed designs, plans,
profiles, drawings and specifications, and estimates of
quantities and costs and make necessary surveys for the construc-
tion of said pUblic improvement; and
