RESOLUTION NO. 82R-56

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SE.VICE AGREE-
MENT, CONTRACT NO. 07-0RA-0-ANA-HES-L03l
(007), WITH THE STATE OF CALtFORNIA.
WHEREAS the City contemplate~ certain improvements on
Lincoln Avenue at Rio Vista Street to modify traffic signals,
erect a traffic island, and construct a storm drain at said
intersection; and
WHEREAS, the State of Califotnia is willing to furnish
certain engineering services for said project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an Agreement
with the State of California to provide said engineering services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the certain Service Agreement, Contract
No. 07-0RA-0-ANA-HES-L03l(007), between the City of Anaheim and
the State of California be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
February, 1982.
