RESOLUTION NO. 82R-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHE]M CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-47)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said prqperty have offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
tha tit is for the bene fi t and best inter'est 0 f the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said re,al property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of WARREN W. DOLLER and KATHERINE E.
DOLLE.R to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for an easement fOir road and public utility
purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
Parcell.
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 9.85 feet of the Southerly
7.75 feet of Lot 7 in Block "A" of Tract No. 372, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book l5, page 18 of Miscellan-
eous Maps, records of said Orange County.
Parcel 2.
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Vineyard Lot H-3 of
Anaheim, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, pages 629
and 630 of Deeds of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 7 in Block "A"
of Tract No. 372, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 15,
page 18 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence N 740 30' 99" E along the Southerly line
of said Lot 7, a distance of 9.85 feet; thence S 150 30'
00" E, 27.25 feet; thence N 740 30' 00" E, 2.40 feet to
the beginning of a non-tangent curve, said curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence
Southerly and Easterly along said curve through a central
angle of 900 DO' 00" an arc distance of 23.56 feet; thence
S 740 30' 00" W, 27.25 feet; thence N l50 30' 00" W,
45.25 feet to the point of beginning,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed
to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street
system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, a~thorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owners of said real proparty, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Aacount No. l3-792-7l0l-E2580,
the sum of Six Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($6,100.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this; 2nd day of February, 1982.
