RESOLUTION NO. 82R-78

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 1520 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-188
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1520 on April 15, 1975, by Resolution No. 75R-188;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer
needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1520 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 1520 be,
and the same is hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 7$R-188
be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of
February, 1982.
