RESOLUTION NO. 82R- 79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION
NO. 8lR-493, NUNC PRO TUNC.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim hereto-
fore adopted Resolution No. 8lR-493 amending the conditions of
approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 1923; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, said
amendment of conditions as set forth in Resolution No. 81R-493
did not accurately and correctly reflect the action of the City
Council in such matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~ED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 8lR-493 be, and the same
is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to amend Condition No. 5 of
Conditional Use Permit No. 1923 to read as follows:
"5. That said business shall not open prior to
8:00 a.m. of any day, provided that this condition
shall be reviewed by the City Council one year from
this date (October 27, 1981) for possible extension
or modification."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Condition No. 6 of Conditional
Use Permit No. 1923 as set forth in Resolution No. 8lR-493 be, and
the same is hereby, deleted, nunc pro tunc.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of February,
1982.
