A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO ~GREEMENT WITH THE
ANAHEIM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMEN~ CORPORATION AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim
Economic Development Corporation have heretofore entered
into an Agreement dated March 27, 1979 (hereinafter
"Agreement"), to coordinate development effortsr and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to Agreement has
been prepared, the terms and cond~tions of which are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of the Second Amendment to Agreement are
hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to ex-
ecute the Second Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted QY
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of
February , 1982.
