A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED AND ORDER-
ING ITS RECORDATION.

WHEREAS, a certain deed has been presented to the <l:ity c'
Anaheim as hereinafter set forthr and
WHEREAS, said deed having been determined to be cotrect
in both form and substance, the City Cpunci1 finds that it i. in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim ito accept said deed and to
order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the following deed be, and it is hereby,
accepted by the City:

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of Febrmary,
1982.
