A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASaMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-11)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim i$
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim f~nds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of ~naheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council .of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANK J. STUECKLE, HELEN JOSEPHINE
STUECKLE, and FRANCES MARY MILLINGS to sell to the City of An~heim
the following described real property $ituated in the City of'
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an
easement for road and public utility purposes, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Vineyard Lot H-4 of
Anaheim, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, pages
629 and 630 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles,
California, also known as Parcels A and B, as shown
on a map filed in Book 19, page 6 of Parcel Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
described as follows:

Beginning at the centerline intersection of Anaheim
Boulevard and Water Street; thence S 150 30' 00" E
along said centerline of Anaheim BOUlevard, 306.80 feetr
thence S 740 22' 00" W, 47.00 feetr thence N 150 30'
00" W, 270.07 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 900 OS' 00" an arc distance of 23.58
feet' thence N 150 35' 00" W, 21.75 feetr thence N 740
25' 00" E, 62.05 feet to the point of beginning,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed
to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street
system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a w~rant
and pay to the owners of said real property, out of General F~ds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to A~count No. 13-792-7l01-E2580
the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00).
