A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGffiWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (81-18A)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law :(part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code), to wit:
Those certain easements for utility purposes located
on property on the west side of Rio Vista and south
side of Lincoln Avenue, said easements extending
westerly from Rio Vista Street and southerly from
Lincoln Avenue,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shpwn
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
March 9, 1982
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim tnis 16th day of February,
1982.
