RESOLUTION NO. 82R-IOl

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A SERVICE AGREEMENT
CONTRACT NO. W-7466 WITH THE STA~E OF CALIFORNIA
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Ana~eim contemplate$ improve-
ments on State College Boulevard, ~atella Avenue and Orangewood
Avenuei and
WHEREAS, the City has re~uested, and the State is
willing to furnish, engineering services for saig project
providing that all costs incurred by the State on behalf of the
City are borne by the CitYi and
WHEREAS, a Service Agreement contract No. W-7466 has
been submitted, the terms and cond~tions whereof are satisfactory
to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED that the Service
Agreement contract No. W-7466 by and between the City and State
of California be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to exec'Ute said Agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
