A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA HE 1M AUTHORI ZING AND D!I RECTING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT Wltt'H THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE FOR THE ACQUISITION O~ CERTAIN TAX-
DEEDED PROPERTY AND DIRECTING PAYMENT THEREFOR.
(A.P. 356-061-01, Lot A, Tract No. 5778)
WHEREAS, the Office of the T~x Collector - Treasurer of
the County of Orange has informed the City of Anaheim that certain
tax-deeded real property is available !for purchase by the City of
Anaheim for $50.00: arid
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheirn
to purchase said property and to execu~e a certain agreement with
the Board of Supervisors in connection therewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the City of Anahe~m does hereby offer to pur-
chase the property described in said agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute that certain
agreement for the purchase of tax-deeded property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare a warrant in the
amount of $50.00 payable to the County of Orange as payment for said
property.
aE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, directed to forward five executed copies of said agreement
together with five certified copies of the Resolution to the Tax
Collector - Treasurer.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim th~s 2nd day of March, 1982.
