A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DESIGNATliNG CERTAIN ROADS
TO BE IN THE FEDERAL-AID 'URBAN SYSTEM

WHEREAS, under regulation!s issued by the Secretary
of Transportation of the United Sta!tes of America under the
Federal-Aid Highway Act (Title 23 UI.S. Code), the City of
Anaheim with the concurrence of the, California Department of
Transportation has been designated to select a Federal-Aid
Urban System in the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESpLVED that the City Council
concurs in and approves the roads a~ geographically shown on
Exhibit A and as designated in Exhipit B (all exhibits being
attached and hereby made a part of this resolution) as
additions to the Federal-Aid Urban pystem eligible for Federal-
Aid in the City of Anaheim, subject to the concurrence of the
California Departrnent of Transporta~ion and approval of the
Federal Highway Administration.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
March, 1982.
