RESOLUTION NO. 82R-12l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ADOPTING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION,
GENERAL CITY EMPLOYEES UNITS.

WHEREAS, on December 9, 1980, the City Council approved
Resolution No. 80R-543 adopting a Memorandum of Understanding between the
City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General
City Employees Unit; and
WHEREAS, the City Management Repr~sentative and the AMEA have
met and conferred and agreed to amend the M~morandumof Understanding,
General City Employees Unit, to provide the employees upgraded to
Librarian IV will receive upgrade pay if they are upgraded for three
consecutive, completed days or more; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated February 25, 1980
between the parties has been prepared and signed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adoption of said Letter of Understanding is in the best interest of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated February 25, 1980
between the City of Anaheim and AMRA is hereby approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of March
1982.
