A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMBNT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM dERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-41)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT L. WETZLER, ETHEL L. WETZLER,
A. E. ARNOLD and KATHERINE ARNOLD to sell to the City of Anaheim the
following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lots 1 and 2 in Block
"A" of Tract No. 373, Berger Tract, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book l5, page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline inters:ection of Anaheim
Boulevard and Water Street; thence S 150 30' 00" E along
the centerline of said Anaheim BOUlevard, 125.82 feet;
thence N 740 24' 00" E, 47.00 feet; thence N 150 30' 00"
W, 89.18 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave Southeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve through
a central angle of 890 54' 00" an arc distance of
23.54 feet to a point; thence N 150 36' 00" W, 21.75
feet; thence S 740 24' 00" W, 61.94 feet to the point
of beg inning,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed
to be an acceptance of any parcel or pr@perty into the City street
system (Section l806, Streets and Highways Code).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. l3-792-7l0l-E2580
the sum of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars ($12,760.00).

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of March, 1982.
