A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-58)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of YA LIH CHEN to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an
easement for road and public utility purposes, and more particularly
described as follows:
PARCEL l: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the easterly 2.00 feet
of the westerly 12.25 feet of Lot 2 in Block 4 of
Tract No. 22l, as shown on a map recorded in Book 13,
page 4, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
PARCEL 2: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that portion of Lot 1
in Block 4 of said Tract No. 221, described as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
Southerly along the westerly line of said Lot l, 47.00
feeti thence N 740 29' 50" E, 12.25 feet~ thence N 150
30' 00" W, 32.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of
15.00 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 890 59' 50", a dis-
tance of 23.56 feet to a point in the northerly line of
said Lot 1; thence along said northerly line S 740 29'
50" W, 27.25 feet to the point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed
to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street
system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways COde).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owner of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to ACcount No. l3-792-7l0l-E2580,
the sum of Six Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($6,600.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of March, 1982.
