A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RE~OLUTION
NO. 81R-575 PERTAINING TO T~E SALE OR
DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED OR UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council d~d adopt Resolution
No. 81R-575 pertaining to the disposa~ of certain abandoned
or unclaimed personal property~ and
WHEREAS, certain property to be retained by the
City of Anaheim was, in fact, omitted from said resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the need exists to correct and disclose
the proper disposition of said personal property items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 81R-575 be, and the
same is hereby, amended by adding thereto the following
properties:
