A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R-790 AND ES[ABLISHING 'FEES
FOR DOCUMENTS, COURTESY FINGERPRINTS, AND PHOTOGRAPHS
PROVIDED AS A SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS,. the Anaheim Police Department receives numerous reques1:s
for docu'llents, courtesy fingerprints, and photograpbs to be used. for purposes
unrelated to City business; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to a~commodate such requests
and to provide certain documents, courtesy fingerprints and photographs to
individuals desiring these services; and
WHEREAS, a substantial amount of suppliesl and time of Police Depart..
ment personnel are used in providing these services; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to ~stablish nominal fees
for such services to offset City costs incurred.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Qf
Anaheim that fees be established as set forth below:
