A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLU~ION NO. 82R-43
NUNC PRO TUNC PERTAINING TO THE DISABILITY
RETIREMENT DATE OF GREGORY SCHLICK, POLICE
OFFICER, MASTER INTERMEDIA~E.
WHEREAS, the City Council On the 26th day of
January, 1982 approved Resolution No. 82R-43_ pertaining to
the disability retirement of Gregory 'Schlick on September 29,
1981; and
WHEREAS, because of cleric~l error, the date of
retirement for Gregory Schlick, Polide Officer, Master Inter-
mediate, was incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council qf the City of Anaheim
does desire to amend Resolution No. 82R-43, nunc pro tunc, to
correctly state the appropriate retirement date for Gregory
Schlick, Police Officer, Master Int~rmediate, to be December 4,
1981, rather than September 29, 1981.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approve~and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of
March, 1982.
