RESOLUTION NO. 82R-149
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN~IL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMEND~ENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AM~NDMENT NO. 167,

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the recommenda-
tions of the Planning Commission of the. City of Anaheim, adopted a
General Plan for the City of Anaheim; a~d
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of F~bruary, 1982, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anah~im did hold a public hear-
ing to consider a General Plan Amendment. The General Plan
Amendment does consider changing the la*d use designation for the
area of land consisting of approximately 6.17 acres located between
Citron Street, Harbor Boulevard, Lincoln Avenue and BroadwaYi and
WHEREAS, at said public hearimg, the City Planning
Commission did duly adopt its Resolutiom No. PC82-21 containing a
report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said
hearing, and recommending that said Ame*dment to the General Plan
designated as Amendment No. 167 be adopted by the City Council
changing the land use designation for the aforedescribed area to
"Low-Medium Density Residential" in accClrdance with Exhibit IIAlli
and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of evi-
dence, report of findings and recommendations of the City Planning
Commission, the City Council did fix the 16th day of March, 1982,
as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the Civic Center as
the place for a public hearing on said proposed Amendment No. 167
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such
public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an
opportunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports and
did consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission~
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 167 changing the land use designation in the afore-
described area in accordance with Exhibit "All on file with the City
should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
?-- City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 167 to the General Plan changing
the land use designation for the aforede13cribed area to "Low-Medium
Density Residential" in accordance with Exhibit "A" on file with
the City be, and the same is hereby, approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby, instructed to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No. 167 as herein adopted and
approved.
