A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDI/qG RESOLUTION NO. 91R-125 WHIC~ ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPREStlNTED PART-TIME CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report date August 25, 1992, that Resolution No. 9/R-125 be amended in the
manner hereinafter set forth, effective August 28, 1992; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 91R-125, which established rates of compensation for classifications
designated as Unrepresented Part-time; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NC~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID, by the city Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
That, effective August 28, 1992, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the city of Anaheim who are now employed or
will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:
Classification Salarv Schedule
Part-time Landscape Maintenance Inspector- B 1400 A-E
Retirement
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution 91R-125 is August 28, 1992.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein
Resolution No. 91R-125 shall remain in full force and effect.
· THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim of the City of Anaheim this l~t day of
