A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASE~ENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM C~RTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-18)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter. described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An ea~ement for road and
public utility purposes: and
WHEREAS, the owners of said ~roperty have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City: ~nd
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best in~erest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purch~se said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV$D by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of TRIPLE LINK TEMPLE
ASSOCIATION to sell to the City of Ana~eim the following described
real property situated in the City of ~naheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
R/W #2800-18
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 7.00 feet of the Easterly
l3~25 feet of Lot 6 of the Stueckle Subdivision, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 8, Page 43 of Miscellan-
eous Maps, records of said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of ~naheim accept a conveyance
of said property: provided, however, that nothing herein shall
be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into
the City street system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is here~, authorized to issue a
warrant and pay to the owners of said real property, out of
General Funds of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account
No. 13-792-710l-E2580, the sum of Five Thousand, Eight Hundred
Dollars ($5,800.00).
