RESOLUTION NO. 82R-174
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COijNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service ~asements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Basements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
The easterly six feet to that certain easement for
ingress and egress located on the westerly side of
property located at 9701 West Crestwood Lane.
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER P~SOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
April 20, 1982
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of March, 1982.
