A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A LETTER
AGREEMENT CLARIFYING AND MODIFYING CERTAIN
STATEMENTS CONTAINED IN THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
VISTA DEL RIO RANCHO WATER COMPANY AND THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, on January 26, 1982, the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No.. 82R....46 authorizing an
agreement with Vista del Rio Rancho Water Company; and
WHEREAS, certain statements to said agreement require
clarification and modification; and
WHEREAS, a letter agreement has been prepared clarifying
and modifying certain statements contained in said agreement~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be for
the benefit and in the best interests of the City to execute said
letter agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that certain letter agreement clarifying
and modifying certain statements contained in the agreement between
the City of Anaheim and Vista del Rio Rancho Water Company be, and
the same is, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said letter
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of April, 1982.
