RESOLUTION NO. 82R-185

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
291 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 62R-886 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 291 on October 9, 1962, by Resolution No. 62R-886~ and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed~ and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 291 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 62R-886 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of April, 1982.
