RESOLUTION NO. 82R-190

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A JOINT USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND THE SOUTHERN QALIFORNIA EDISON
COMPANY AND AUTHORIZING T~ MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the Southern Cali~ornia Edison Company
(hereinafter "Edison") is the owner fin possession of certain
rights-of-way and easement(s) for electrical facilities on
Lakeview Avenue south of Orangethorp~ in the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, due to the widening of Lakeview Avenue
with the development of the adjoining property, it is necessary
for Edison's existing overhead facilities to be relocated with-
in a new right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, Edison agrees to relocate its electrical
facilities so as not to interfere or obstruct the construction,
reconstruction, maintenance or use of Lakeview Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a Joint Use Agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are her$by approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Joint
Use Agreement on behalf of the City Gf Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3t ay of April,
1982.
