RESOLUTION NO. 82R-191

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REAFFIRMING ITS SUPPORT OF THE
DEVELOPMENT OF BOLSA CHICA AS A PUBLIC
RECREATIONAL BOATING AREA.
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of March, 1981, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim, by ~esolution 81R-137,
indicated its support of the development of Bolsa Chica as
a public recreational area; and .
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to reaffirm
its support of this public recreational boating area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the State of
California, and the County of Orange, take all steps necessary
to provide for ocean access at Bolsa Chica for a new public
recreational boating facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Anaheim does reaffirm its support of this project.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of
April, 1982.
