RESOLUTION NO. 82R-203
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHW~YS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS.

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Oouncil of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service ea~ements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Ea~ements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and High~ays Code); to wit:
A portion of the easterly one-half of Beach Boulevard
extending from the westerly prolongation of the south
line of Rome Avenue to a point apprloximately 130 feet
southerly thereof,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Counoil located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
May 11, 1982
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of April, 1982.
