A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC[L OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 1946 AND DECLARING RESOLUT[ON NO. 79R-429
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1946 on July 24, 1979, by Resp1ution No. 79R-429;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination
of said Conditional Use Permit for the r~ason it is no longer
needed.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1946 be, and the same is,
hereby terminated and that Resolution No. 79R-429 be declared
null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of
April, 1982.
