A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT INDENTURE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF BY THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring on behalf of the City that certain easement
as more particularly described in the indenture attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said real property has offered to
convey said easement to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is in the public interest, benefit and welfare to accept
said easement and execute said indenture on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the easement more particularly described
on Exhibit "A" hereof be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said in-
denture for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clork be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause said indenture to be re-
corded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of April, 1982.
