A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, by deed recorded at Book 112170, Pages 411 -416
in the Official Records of the County of Orange, an easement for
storm drain purposes was reserved in favor of the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to accept said
storm drain easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept the storm drain easement
reserved in that deed recorded at Book 112170, Pages 411 -416 of
the Official Records of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to caused to be recorded a
certified copy of this resolution or such other documentation as
may be appropriate in the Official Records of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of April, 1982.
