A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE ENGINEERING DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC
WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim to provide for the collection of fees to be estab-
lished by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has by resolution heretofore
established various fees in the Engineering Division of the Public
Works Department; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to revise
and update said fees at this time; and
WHEREAS, the fees hereinafter established do not exceed
the estimated cost of providing the service for which the fee is
charged; and
WHEREAS, prior to approving said fees, the City Council
has held at least one public meeting at which oral or written
presentations could be made concerning said proposed fees as part
of a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has complied with the re-
quirements of Chapter 13 of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the
Government Code of the State of California concerning local agency
service fees and charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that fees to be charged and collected by the
_Engineering Division of the Public Works Department shall be as
follows:

Department of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of May, 1982.
