A RESOLUTION OF TILE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI11 APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
AGREEMENT 140. 64552, DATED 111-1 L 17, 1951,
A14D AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREENE , IT 140. 64050 -E,
DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 1980, WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFOP -dNIA IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF A MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORTATIO11 TEPd4INAL
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AliE vD-
MENT.
WHEREAS, the State of California and the City of
Anaheim have heretofore entered into Agreements No. 64552,
dated March 17, 1981, and No. 64050 -E, dated September 16,
1980, wherein the State agreed to contribute State SB 620 and
SB 283 monies to the City of Anaheim for use in constructing
a multi -modal transportation terminal located adjacent to the
Santa Fe Railroad tracks at Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said agreements
to provide for an extension of time for completion of the
project; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 64552 and
Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 64050 -E have been prepared
providing for an extension of time for completion of the
project; and
ITHEREAS, the terms of said amendments are acceptable
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said amendments are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said amendments
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of May,
1982.
