1982-226RESOLUTION NO. 82R -226 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE EASEMENTS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R -221. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code), to wit: A portion of Manchester Avenue located east of Haster Street, north of Katella Avenue, reserving easements for utility purposes in favor of the City of Anaheim, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, and Southern California Gas Company, as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at 3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on: May 25, 1982 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 82R -2 21 is hereby rescinded. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of May, 1982.
