A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R -44
NUNC PRO TUNC PERTAINING TO THE DISABILITY
RETIREMENT DATE OF PAUL LEE, POLICE OFFICER.
WHEREAS, the City Council on the 26th day of
January, 1982 approved Resolution No. 82R -44 pertaining to
the disability retirement of Paul Lee on August 25, 1981;
and
WHEREAS, because of clerical error, the date of
retirement for Paul Lee, Police Officer, was incorrectly
stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does desire to amend Resolution No. 82R -44, nunc pro tunc, to
correctly state the appropriate retirement date for Paul Lee,
Police Officer, to be January 29, 1982, rather than August 25,
1981.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of May,
1982.
