A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPELINE LICENSE AGREEMENT
WITH THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY
COMPANY AT CYPRESS STREET. (AL - 70196 -25)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has requested permission
from the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company to con-
struct and maintain one (1) forty -two (42) inch storm drain
across the Santa Fe's Railroad at Cypress Street; and
WHEREAS, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has submitted to the City of Anaheim its "PIPELINE
LICENSE ", designated AL- 70196 -25, which is acceptable to the
City Council of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the compensation sought for said License is
in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Pipeline License Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim
for a forty -two (42) inch storm drain across the Santa Fe's
Railroad at Cypress Street submitted by The Atchison, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of May,
1982,
